Looking at the various materials un use in real signs it becomes clear what materials would make the most impact. One issue is that we will not be able to use more than one colour, but as we previously discussed our prototypes before they were printed did actually look really interesting and did stand out enough - although of the same material - so you could still understand the image behind the photograph. Steel looks very attractive up against wood, so this could be a possibility to have a combination of materials for our sign.
